We begin with a leisurely guided walk through Marbella’s Old Town, exploring the history, architecture and hidden corners of its historic centre.
We will then visit Marbella’s Municipal Market, the beating heart of the city, where local residents still shop each morning for seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as fresh fish delivered daily from the Málaga coastline.
Surrounded by the lively, everyday atmosphere of the market, we will stop at one of its stalls to enjoy an authentic Spanish vermouth, served in the traditional way: chilled, with a slice of orange and an olive.
It will be accompanied by gildas, the classic Spanish aperitif and the perfect pairing for vermouth.
It is a simple and delicious way to discover one of Spain’s most cherished gastronomic traditions while experiencing the authentic daily life of Marbella’s market.
