On our Marbella Old Town tour, you will spend approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes exploring some of the most iconic places in the historic centre while discovering the stories, events and fascinating details that have shaped the city.

Marbella Old Town preserves some of the most important traces left behind by the different cultures that have shaped the city over the centuries.
During this guided tour of Marbella, your guide will take you through squares, streets, historic buildings and the remains of ancient fortifications while explaining how the city has evolved over time.
This is not simply about visiting monuments. We want you to understand what happened in these places, who lived here and why they remain important to Marbella today.

What will you see on the Marbella Old Town tour?
The tour begins at Plaza Fuente Virgen del Rocío, our usual meeting point, before continuing through some of the most interesting historic sites in Marbella. The main stops include:
– Fuente Virgen del Rocío, the starting point of the tour.
– San Juan de Dios Chapel, one of the historic buildings in Marbella Old Town.
– Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation, one of the most important architectural landmarks in the historic centre.
– Arab Walls, a reminder of Marbella’s Muslim past.
– Marbella Castle, one of the city’s most important historical remains.
– Plaza de los Naranjos, one of the best-known and most representative squares in Marbella Old Town.
– Plaza de Santo Cristo, surrounded by some of the most charming streets in the historic centre.
– Plaza de la Victoria, another historic corner included in the walk.
– Avenida del Mar, where we will complete our journey through the different periods of Marbella’s history.
